Peaches is a graduate of the Ateneo De Manila University where she received her Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor degree. She has over 20 years of experience in the private tax and corporate practice and has been involved in advisory, advocacy and tax litigation. She has occupied leadership roles in SGV & Co. and KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co. In 2005, Peaches joined Aranas Law Offices where she handled client servicing as well as the management of the administrative and finance matters of the firm.

In 2015, she established LMA Law, and is currently the managing partner of the firm. Among her key areas of expertise include the design and implementation of corporate restructuring (corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, mergers, capital structuring, etc.); design and implementation of corporate tax planning (tax-free exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, share swap, etc.); representation before the revenue tax authorities (securing tax rulings and tax treaty relief rulings, securing tax clearances and cancellation of tax assessments, securing tax refunds); tax due diligence for mergers, acquisition, initial public offerings and compliance check; as well as tax litigation cases with the Court of Tax Appeals.

Ron obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Minor in Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law. He is a former Senior Director of SGV & Co. where he handled various tax and Transfer Pricing (TP) engagements for local and multinational companies (MNCs).

In 2017, he joined LMA Law Offices, where he specializes in providing benchmarking and TP documentation services for local clients and MNCs engaged in different industries. As a TP practitioner, he has been invited to speak on TP issues at external seminars to clients and professional organizations.

As a tax lawyer, he has managed corporate and taxation issues of local and multinational clients. He has likewise resolved tax assessment cases issued by the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and has provided advice to clients on national and local taxes, proper tax strategies to cancel or substantially lower tax assessments, as well as the tax aspects of doing business in the Philippines. He has also successfully handled tax refunds and assessments before the Philippine tax authorities and the Court of Tax Appeals.

Atty. Steff

Atty. Stephanie Kate Arevalo

Steff obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College Alabang – School of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (major in Human Resource Management) at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in 2011, where she received an Honorable Mention Award for consistently being in the Dean’s List.

She specializes in tax advisory, tax advocacy, as well as corporate matters. She has been handling engagements for local and foreign clients involving registration with the SEC, Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), BIR, and Board of Investments. She also handles engagements involving estate planning, BIR audit investigations, tax assessments, BIR rulings, tax treaty relief applications, and processing applications with the Bureau of Immigration. She is a skilled litigator and has appeared before various courts of law.

Atty. Dani

Atty. Czarina Danielle “Dani” E. Eseque

Dani received her Juris Doctor Degree from the De La Salle University- Manila in 2015, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree, Major in Political Science from De La Salle University in 2011. She was an Executive Secretary and a news contributor at The Lasallian Advocate, and a member of the Law Student Government - Office of the Vice President for External Affairs.

She is currently handling business and estate tax planning, BIR audit investigations, BIR registration, tax clearances, tax advocacy, inter-corporate disputes, contract review, and general corporate law, as well as advising clients on the advantages of registering with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). She is also engaged in civil litigation and special proceedings, and has also been previously engaged in issues concerning election law.

Atty. Andrea

Andrea is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law. She has advised multinational clients regarding tax assessments and refunds, corporate restructuring, and obtaining relief from tax treaties. Andrea has also provided corporate clients with advice and assistance in complying with the requirements of their Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) incentives; tax audits and investigations with the BIR; registration of trademarks and patents with the Intellectual Property Office (IPO); and blacklist cases with the Bureau of Immigration. Aside from private practice, Andrea also worked in the Department of Finance where she was extensively involved with policy formation.
