Luis obtained his Bachelor of Science in Legal Management degree from De La Salle University – Manila in 2014 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College Alabang in 2018. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. Before joining LMA Law, he was employed with SGV & Co. as part of the Indirect Tax Team.

He joined LMA Law in February of 2020. He currently handles corporate restructuring, advisory opinions, and applications for several government agencies.
